NHS/NJHS Supports National Pancake Day

On Pancake Day, held annually on Shrove Tuesday, thousands of individuals,school, community, church and business groups nation-wide cook and sell pancakes to raise funds for UnitingCare's work with Australians in need.  UnitingCare is one of Australia’s largest community service providers. The agency supports a range of child, education,family health and welfare services in every State and Territory to people of all ages, beliefs and backgrounds.
